DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE THE ORDER?
No, you do not need to have an account to shop on Joyandcraft.com. Once you place your order you will receive your order confirmation and shipping details on your email id. But we do recommend you to have yourself registered with us to track your order, avail offers, discounts, and promotional store credits.
DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER INDIA?
Yes, we do deliver all over India as well as worldwide. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through India Post.
HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP PRODUCTS?
That depends on whether the product is in stock or not. If it is, we will dispatch within 3 working days. If its not in stock, we can accept preorders and will communicate the timeline for dispatch at the time of order.
