Shipping and Return Policy

Your product will reach you anywhere in India within 6-7 working days once dispatched from our end. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs. 100 for all orders within PAN India.


Shipping within India:

We typically ship orders within 2 to 3 working days, operating from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.



– Orders exceeding 5 pieces of the same product or items marked under pre-order or in production may take longer to process.

– During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, there might be delays in order processing.

– For items not in stock, dispatch might take 2-6 weeks. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated via email or call in such cases.


International Shipping:

We ship to numerous countries outside India, including the USA, Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East.


For international shipments, customers bear shipping and delivery costs. Additionally, there might be handling charges as our products undergo airport clearance in India. Due to various country-specific requirements and import clearance documents, estimating delivery times for international shipments is challenging. To streamline your international order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing it.


Cancellation Policy:

Given the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Should you need to cancel an order, contact us at +91 9316427773 within 24 hours of placing it or before shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot recall or refund orders requested for cancellation after 24 hours, except for cases of transit damage where we provide exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.


Returns Policy:

We do not accept returns due to the nature of materials and product usage, especially concerning hygiene and safety for kids. Exceptions are only for transit-damaged items, excluding books, which are non-returnable. Requests for transit-damaged returns placed more than 24 hours after receipt are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


If you receive a damaged product, email us a photo of the product and the Order ID at +91 9316427773 within 24 hours of delivery. We can offer you a replacement.


While our products are robust, rough handling might cause damage post-use, making returns unfeasible.


Note: We reserve the right to reject return requests from customers with frequent returns (> 3 returns in a financial year).
